Surroundings

This newly built holiday home is situated in a quiet location between Apt and Villars in the heart of the Luberon National Park. From here you can easily reach all the charming mountain villages of the Luberon such as Roussillon, Bonnieux, Gordes, Goult, Lacoste, Ménerbes and many more. In the village of Villars (3 km) you will find two restaurants and a bakery (wood oven bread in the old tradition). You are also only about 5 km from the town of Apt, where you will find all amenities as well as a famous weekly market. Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are both 45 km away.

Garden and land

A spacious shaded terrace in front of the house with dining table, barbecue and table tennis table awaits you, as well as a swimming pool (5 m x 10m) with sun loungers and parasols. The garden around the pool was newly landscaped in 2013. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
You enter the holiday home through the bright living/dining room. Here you will find a large dining table, two comfortable sofas, a television, a music system and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large glass doors provide direct access to the garden and pool. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with a second refrigerator, washing machine, shelves, ironing board and iron. To the right of the living room, a small hallway leads to the sleeping area. Here you will find one bedroom with two single beds and three bedrooms with double beds. The fourth bedroom has its own shower room with toilet. There is another shower room and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.

Good to know
During the cold season, €100 will be charged for heating costs. All shopping can be done approx. 5 km away.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
