Surroundings
The small Provençal village of Murs is about 4 km away and charms visitors with its peaceful, authentic atmosphere. Surrounded by lavender fields, woods and the typical rocky landscapes of the Luberon, the area is ideal for walks, hikes and trips to the surrounding villages.
The well-known villages of Gordes and Joucas are also within easy reach and offer lovely restaurants, cafés and Provençal charm.
Garden and land
The garden is laid out in terraces and is therefore not entirely level, offering a particularly lovely view of the garden and the swimming pool (9 x 5 m, 1.8 m deep) from the terrace. The well-maintained grounds are planted with trees, creating a pleasant, green atmosphere. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a table and chairs, and a barbecue. A pergola also provides pleasant shade on warm summer days.
The property
Ground floor
You can access the living and dining area via the terrace or the front entrance on the other side of the house. There you will find a dining table, a sofa and several armchairs for relaxing. The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
Through a door, you reach the first bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Thanks to the built-in wardrobes, the room offers plenty of storage space for clothes.
1st floor
A somewhat steep flight of stairs leads up to the first floor. There are two further bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a small balcony.
There is also a second bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Good to know
The nearest shops are in Gordes, about a 7-minute drive away, or in Joucas, about a 15-minute drive away. Larger shopping trips can be made to Apt, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.
There is no parking directly on the property. However, one vehicle can be parked in front of the house, and there is further parking available below the house. Access is via a small track with potholes. Careful driving is recommended, but there are no particular difficulties.
At the lower end of the property, there is also an entrance gate leading directly to the lower part of the garden. From there, you can also enter the house via the terrace.
The toilets are macerators.

- 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
- 100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
