Surroundings

Apt (centre 1 km) is a typical Provençal town with a wide range of boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Every Saturday morning, the large weekly market takes place throughout the town centre.
You are in the heart of the Luberon and can easily reach all the popular mountain villages in the nature park, such as Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Joucas, Lacoste and many more. Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are both 50 km away.
Your holiday flat is part of a traditional country house. It offers antique charm and a beautiful view of the Vaucluse mountains. Next door are two other holiday flats (507 APT for 5 guests and 200 APT for two guests) and your host’s main house.

Garden and land

Your holiday flat has a separate entrance and its own shaded terrace with no one opposite. The terrace is directly adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a dining table and barbecue. From here you have a beautiful view of the hilly landscape. In the Mediterranean garden you will also find pleasant corners to relax. There is also a swimming pool in the garden, which is shared with two other residential units on the property. In the garden there is also an outdoor whirlpool (4 places, heated) for relaxation; a period is reserved exclusively for you every day. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
You enter the holiday flat via the terrace and find yourself immediately in the bright living area with dining table, armchairs, satellite television, music system, wireless internet access and open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious shower room with toilet.

First floor
From the living room, a staircase leads to a second small bedroom with a single bed (90 cm).
A washing machine is also available. The interior is extremely well cared for and works by artists from the region are exhibited.

Practical advice

Pets Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.

Good to know
A cot is available on request. Sun loungers, a table tennis table and a boules court are at your disposal. Stores can be found less than 1 km from the house. Ecological insulation of hemp-lime gives a pleasant freshness in the summer.

    • 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
    • 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
