This holiday home is located one kilometre from Cortona in Tuscany. You can even walk into the town: A pleasant walk with a great view of the Valdichiana valley and part of Lake Trasimeno.
The holiday home is situated in a hilly location, in extremely beautiful and quiet surroundings and forms a charming estate with the property 627 COR. You reach both holiday domiciles via a private road with an electric access gate. Each domicile is completely independent. Guests have access to a beautiful pool (9 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) and a common parking space.
The holiday cottage used to be an outbuilding of villa 627 COR and was then transformed into a charming holiday home.
Ground floor
Your holiday cottage consists of a large living area with open kitchen, a bedroom (double bed) and a shower room with WC.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed on request (extra charge 70€).

The first shopping facilities are in Cortona, about 1 km from the house.
A communal laundry room with washing machine is available.
