Le Trayas is a neighbourhood of Saint-Raphaël and is located just before Théoule-sur-Mer, halfway between the Esterel massif and the Mediterranean Sea on the Corniche d’Or. Ideally located on the coast between Mandelieu-la-Napoule and the town centre of Saint-Raphaël, the Le Trayas district is one of the most beautiful wild bays on the Côte d’Azur. At the foot of the Estérel mountains, a dozen calanques and small beaches are lined up in a wild setting that contrasts the red of the rocks, the green of the Mediterranean vegetation and the blue of the sea. You should not miss the following bays: Calanque de Saint-Barthélémy, Calanque de Maupas, Calanque de Maubois, and Calanque d’Aurelle.

Garden and land

Access to your house is via a private road (only accessible via a code to prevent intruders). The garden of the house consists of restanques (steep terrain) typical of the region with a large variety of trees and Mediterranean plants. The fenced-in terrace is spacious and equipped with everything you need to enjoy the panoramic view. These include sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a table for al fresco dining and a plancha where you can prepare barbecued food while admiring the seascape. You can reach the first beaches on foot (10 minutes there, 20 minutes back due to the ascent).

The property

Ground floor
The garden floor consists of a cosy and comfortable living area with sofas, TV and a bar table for 6 people, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Natural light floods the room through the windows facing the terrace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

1st floor
The upper floor consists of a bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms one behind the other with a double bed and a sofa bed. The third bedroom has a double bed, an adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower) and a balcony. All rooms also offer a breathtaking sea view.

The house is also equipped with air conditioning, heating and WIFI. The house has 3 car parking spaces. The first shopping facilities are 1 km from the house, the first supermarket is 8 km away.
