This large and comfortable holiday villa is situated in a very quiet secluded location and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills as well as the historic town of Civita di Bagnoregio. The well-known town of Civita di Bagnoregio is situated on a tuff hill and preserves Etruscan and Roman remains within its walls. Your holiday villa is located 4 km from Bagnoregio. From here you can easily reach other beautiful towns such as Orvieto (25 km), Viterbo (30 km), Todi (50 km), Lake Bolsena (20 km), Perugia (85 km), Assisi and Rome (100 km). The seaside resorts of Tarquinia and Montalto di Castro are 70 km away. The Tuscan beaches of Capalbio (90 km), Albinia and Orbetello (100 km) are also recommended day trips.

Garden and land

The property and the pool area are completely fenced. Around the beautiful pool (13 m x 6 m, depth 1.45 m) you will find sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. In the spacious, well-kept garden you will also find swings for the children, tables, chairs and a barbecue. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

You reach the first two holiday flats via an outside staircase. Both flats have a separate entrance, but are also connected by a sliding door.

First flat
One flat consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and satellite TV and a shower room with WC.

Second flat
The second flat consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Third flat
The third holiday flat is located on the ground floor and is barrier-free. It consists of a living room with open kitchen (dining table, sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV), a shower room with WC (handholds, shower seat) and a bedroom with two single beds (which can also be pushed together) and direct access to the garden.

Fourth flat
The fourth holiday flat is located on the ground floor at the back of the house. It consists of a living room with open kitchen (dining table, sofa, satellite TV), a bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together) and direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. And if you all want to eat together, three of the total of 4 kitchens offer enough space for 11 guests.

Practical advice

Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed on request and for an extra charge (35 €).

Good to know
A washing machine is at your disposal. All shopping can be done about 4 km away. The last hundred meters to your holiday home are not asphalted, but do not cause any particular difficulties.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
