This small detached holiday home is located on a beautiful estate in the middle of the greenery and offers a wonderful view of the hilly landscape as well as the historic town of Volterra. Fruit and vegetables grow in the garden, which you are welcome to harvest.

The medieval town of Volterra is approx. 7 km from your holiday home. San Gimignano is 20 km away and Siena and Pisa are both 60 km away. And if you want to go to the sea, the seaside resort of Cecina with its fine sandy beaches is only 50 km away.
This small, inviting holiday home offers plenty of comfort and tranquillity.
On the same property is the house of your discreet and friendly hosts, who produce olives, cereals, wine and fruit.

Garden and land

There is a beautiful pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.45 m) for exclusive use with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, a small garden bordered by a hedge, a shaded terrace with table and chairs, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a swing and a small slide for the children. There is also a laundry room with washing machine (for private use).
Vehicles can be parked on the property in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
You enter the house via the living room (32 m2) with open-plan kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. To the left of the living room is a first bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden. There is also a shower room with WC and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together if required. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.

Good to know
Baby cot, iron and ironing board are available. All shopping can be done about 7 km away. You are welcome to harvest fruit and vegetables in the garden. Your hosts will also provide you with helpful information on regional specialities and recommended restaurants in the area.
There is a riding stable in the immediate vicinity. Pisa Airport is 60 km from your holiday home.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
