This comfortable holiday home is situated in a very quiet and secluded location in the village centre of Maillane. In Maillane you will find two bakeries, cafés and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The famous towns of Saint-Rémy (6 km), Les Baux de Provence (10 km) and Tarascon (10 km) are only a stone’s throw away. Also discover the charm of the former fortified town of Graveson (2 km). Avignon is 15 km away and Arles 25 km.

Garden and land

Enjoy the fenced, heated pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m), the Mediterranean garden, the sunny terraces and the summer kitchen (grill, plancha, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker, deep fryer, steamer and dishes). Of course, deckchairs and garden furniture are also available. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house or in the garage.

This extremely well-maintained and clean holiday home offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday in Provence.

Ground floor
The single-storey holiday home consists of a bright living/dining room (armchair, sofa, fireplace, dining table, satellite TV), a very well-equipped kitchen with pantry, three bedrooms each with a double bed, a shower room, a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet.

Practical advice

Pets Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.

Good to know
All rooms are air-conditioned and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The vacation home is equipped with an alarm system. It is heated with electric radiators. The first supermarket is 8 km from the house. A safe is also available. You can do all your shopping on foot (300 m). The first supermarket is in Graveson (2 km).

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
