Surroundings

This very well-maintained, recently renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the Luberon. It is located in the picturesque and quiet village of Joucas, near the famous Gordes. From here you can easily reach all the sights of the Luberon nature reserve, as well as the cultural cities of Aix-en-Provence and Avignon.

Garden and land

The house has no garden, but the dining room opens onto the terrace (parasol, dining table and sun lounger) and the pool (5 m x 3 m, depth 1.50 m). From here you have a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and the Luberon massif with its mountain villages. You can park your car directly at the house.

The property

It consists of two levels and has recently been renovated to the highest standards of comfort.

Ground floor
On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room (cosy seating area, flat-screen TV, large dining table, Wi-Fi connection), the open-plan kitchen, a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.

First floor
The three lovingly furnished bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, a television and its own shower room with toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third has two single beds. Both bedrooms share a shower room. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

Practical advice

Pets
Well-behaved small dogs are welcome.

Good to know
The televisions receive satellite programmes. In Joucas, you will find a bakery (you can walk to get your baguette), a grocery store, restaurants and art studios.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.

Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card.
