This holiday home is in a very quiet residential area just 500m from the village centre of Tavernes. You can fetch your bread on foot, order your aperitif at the local café and watch the locals play boules.

Surroundings

Tavernes is situated in a wide agricultural plain with vineyards and olive trees and has retained its rural atmosphere. Almost all the houses in the main street have beautiful entrance doors. They differ in size, shape, colour and door knockers and all have their own identity. Tavernes is only a 20-minute drive from the Verdon Gorge and is a good base for exploring the region.

Garden and land

A beautiful, fenced garden awaits you with 2 parking spaces and a pool (10x5m) for your own use. You have two terraces to the left and right of the house where you can have your meals. The trees by the pool provide plenty of shade. There are sun loungers and a summer couch with cushions for you to relax and tan.

The property

Ground floor You enter directly into the bright and pleasant living and dining room. On the left you will find a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a satellite TV and a large fireplace. Opposite is a beautiful glass dining table. Further to the left, you enter the open, very well-equipped kitchen, where you can also have breakfast. A glass window leads from there to one of the two terraces.
Via a horizontal hallway you enter the first bedroom on the left with a double bed and work desk, opposite a separate WC, a shower, another room with a double bed. On the far right, after 3 small steps, you will discover a last room that can be converted into a third bedroom, if necessary, thanks to its sofa bed. This room also has a small washbasin, a TV and direct access to the pool. It is also very suitable as a playroom for the children

Pets
A maximum of one pet is permitted (surcharge of €50 per week, payable locally).

Good to know
You also have a washing machine at your disposal. On the same property, opposite the holiday home, the discreet hostess lives in a separate cottage with her own entrance. She knows your area inside out, so she can give you real insider tips for your holiday.

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
