Surroundings

35 km inland from Hyères and the “Presqu’ île de Giens” with its beautiful beaches, this lovely property is located 800 m from Pignans, a small, charming village on the edge of the “Massif des Maures”. There, 16 fountains and numerous plane trees offer a pleasant freshness in summer. An ideal place to enjoy a pastis or a glass of rosé on the terrace in peace and quiet.

Garden and land

Your holiday home has a beautiful pool (11m x 5.5m, depth 90 cm to 2.30 m) with a Mediterranean planted garden. The spacious terrace (350 m2) surrounds the house and thanks to the brick barbecue you will be able to organise wonderful evening parties. After the entrance portal, you will discover the pool on the left and two old mighty trees that provide enough shade for a siesta. The avenue will then lead you to a beautiful fountain and the brick barbecue. The house offers enough parking spaces.

The property

Ground floor
The entire house is air-conditioned. When you enter the house, you find yourself in the spacious and very well-equipped kitchen, perfect for discerning amateur chefs. The kitchen is furnished with a large dining table that can easily seat up to 12 guests. The living room with its Provençal natural stone fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are also two bedrooms with bathrooms and WCs on the ground floor. The first, spacious room with African décor (double bed, TV) and the second (two single beds) have access to the terrace and garden.

First floor
There are two further rooms on the upper floor: a bedroom (two single beds, 90 cm, television, shower room) and a second, very pleasant room (double bed, television) with an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate WC on the floor.

Up to 3 well-behaved pets are welcome on this fully fenced property.

Electricity costs are to be paid on site.
A cot, table tennis table and other board games are available for your use.
