This authentic and comfortable holiday home is located away from the hustle and bustle in the peaceful village of Garrigues-Sainte-Eulalie. A bakery and a restaurant are a few hundred metres away. You can reach the town of Uzès in about 15 minutes (10 km), the city of Nîmes, the Pont du Gard as well as Alès and the Cévennes nature park in about 30 minutes (30 km).

Garden and land

Three spacious, very well-equipped terraces (long dining table, barbecue), a swimming pool (4 m x 12 m, depth 160 to 180 cm, heated on request from mid-May to the end of September) with sun loungers, a large, tree-lined garden and a petanque pitch await you. The property is fully fenced and secluded. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house under a carport.

The property

Ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a hallway with cloakroom, a separate WC, the kitchen with pantry, the living room (satellite TV, music system, table football), the dining room and a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and is fully equipped. The living room and dining room also have direct access to the garden.

First floor
Next to the dining room, the main staircase leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed and adjoining shower room and en-suite toilet. From the hallway, another staircase leads to a third bedroom with a 140 cm wide double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Good to know
The first supermarket is approx. 7 km from your holiday home. You can get bread on foot. If you book 2 weeks in the low season (October to mid-May, Easter excluded), we offer an additional 20% discount.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
