Natural stone holiday home with pool in beautiful surroundings – 442 ASS

This traditional holiday home is in a remote location and offers a beautiful view of the hilly Umbrian countryside. Here, your friendly hosts will treat you to vegetables from their garden. In addition, truffles are collected from May to August on a neighbouring property. You are welcome to take part in this.

The picturesque villages of Valfabbrica and Casacastalda offer cafés, restaurants and boutiques with regional specialities. Other notable cultural towns of Umbria are easily accessible from here: Gualdo Tadino (15 km), Assisi (25 km), Perugia and Gubbio (30 km), Spello (45 km), Foligno (50 km), Todi (60 km). It is 55 km to Lake Trasimeno. On the same property there is also a small holiday flat for four guests (443 ASS). It is also possible to rent the whole property (828 ASS).

Garden and land

Your holiday home is a small, ground-level natural stone house with its own terrace. A beautiful pool (11 m x 5 m, depth 1.10 m to 1.50 m, for shared use) with four parasols, numerous sun loungers and two showers, a children’s swing, a small slide, a table tennis table and a barbecue await you. The water in the swimming pool is disinfected in an environmentally friendly way with salt instead of chlorine and the pool is fenced. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

Ground floor
The natural stone house consists of a living area with open kitchen, dining table, fireplace, pellet stove, satellite TV and internet access, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with WC and washing machine.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Good to know
First shopping facilities are about 2 km away. First supermarket 6 km. Three bicycles are provided free of charge. In the cold season, additional heating costs are charged (approx. 50€ per week, to be paid locally). A special bonus: Your friendly hosts will sometimes spoil you with vegetables from their garden. And from May to August, truffles are collected on a neighbouring property. You are welcome to take part in this.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
