Natural stone holiday home with pool in beautiful surroundings – 442 ASS

This traditional holiday home is in a secluded location and offers a beautiful view of the hilly Umbrian countryside. Here you will be spoilt by your friendly hosts with vegetables from their garden. Truffles are also collected on a neighbouring property from May to August. You are welcome to participate in this.

Surroundings

The picturesque villages of Valfabbrica and Casacastalda offer cafés, restaurants and boutiques with regional specialities. Other cultural towns in Umbria worth mentioning are easily accessible from here: Gualdo Tadino (15 km), Assisi (25 km), Perugia and Gubbio (30 km), Spello (45 km), Foligno (50 km), Todi (60 km). Lake Trasimeno is 55 km away.
There is also a small holiday flat for four guests on the same property (443 ASS). It is also possible to rent the whole property (828 ASS).

Garden and land

Your holiday home is a small, ground-floor natural stone house with its own terrace. There is a beautiful pool (11 m x 5 m, depth 1.10 m to 1.50 m, for shared use) with four parasols, numerous sun loungers and two showers, a children’s swing, a small slide, a table tennis table and a barbecue. The water in the pool is disinfected in an environmentally friendly way using salt instead of chlorine and the pool is fenced off. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
The natural stone house consists of a living area with open-plan kitchen, dining table, fireplace, pellet stove, satellite TV and Internet access, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with WC and washing machine.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Good to know
The first shopping facilities are approx. 2 km away. First supermarket 6 km. Three bicycles are provided free of charge. In the cold season, additional heating costs are charged (approx. 50€ per week, to be paid on site). A special bonus: your friendly hosts will sometimes spoil you with vegetables from their garden. And from May to August, truffles are collected from a neighbouring property. You are welcome to participate in this.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
