This lovely spacious holiday home has a wonderful location and offers a beautiful view of the hilly Tuscany.

Surroundings

You are 4 km from the village of Mercatale di Cortona and from here you can easily reach other important cultural towns in Umbria and Tuscany such as Cortona (18 km), Perugia (45 km), Arezzo (50 km), Pienza (60 km), Assisi (65 km) and Siena (80 km).
The popular Lake Trasimeno with its rich offer of bathing and water sports is only about 15 km away.
Your holiday home is on the ground floor of an old stone country house.
On the first floor there is another holiday flat for 4 guests (440 COR). Furthermore, on the same property, an outbuilding formerly used for agricultural purposes has been converted into a holiday home for 2 guests (230 COR).

Garden and land

In front of the holiday home, on the southern side of the house, you will find your own part of the garden, bordered by a small hedge, with table and chairs. A small alley then leads to a beautiful pool (12m x 5.5m, depth from 1.20m to 1.75m, shared with the guests of the holiday homes 230 COR and 440 COR). Here you will find sun loungers, parasols, a pavilion equipped with table and chairs, as well as a barbecue and wood-burning stove. From the beautifully landscaped garden you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Below the pool area you will find a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Vehicles can be parked on the property in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
The flat itself consists of a living area (fireplace, dining table and two armchairs) with open kitchen, a bedroom (double bed and single bed) and a shower room with WC. The bedroom has direct access to the garden. You also have a television.

Well-behaved pets may be brought along on request.

Good to know
The last four kilometres to your holiday home are not asphalted, but do not cause any particular difficulties. All shopping can be done about 4 km away.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
