Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt is a typical Provençal village with lots of charm. Situated on a hill, it offers marvellous views over the Luberon valley. Its narrow streets, old stone houses, small cafés and the remains of a ruined castle make it a special place for anyone who loves the authentic south of France.

Garden and land

The lovingly tended garden offers many lovely places to linger. The pool house has a table, chairs and an electric barbecue – ideal for al fresco dining. Right next to it is a boules court, which provides a Provençal holiday feeling. Opposite is the beautiful pool (10×4 m), protected by hedges – so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the valley undisturbed. A small staircase to the left of the pool leads down to the lower part of the garden with old olive trees. Although there is another house on the same plot, it remains closed – so you are all to yourself.

The property

Ground floor
You enter the house via a pretty little terrace and go straight into the living room with open-plan kitchen. The typically Provençal painted kitchen cupboards lend the room additional charm. A dining table and a cosy reading corner with TV complete the living area. To the right, down a few steps, you reach the first bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and WC.

First floor
A staircase in the living room leads up to the second, bright bedroom with two single beds. There is also another bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

Pets
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Good to know
It is possible to park 2 to 3 cars. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. You can go shopping on foot and enjoy the gentle Provençal landscape.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
