Surroundings

The house is located in the countryside not far from Fox-Amphoux, only 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorges and 20 minutes from Cotignac. Fox-Amphoux itself offers a magnificent panorama from the surrounding hamlets to the most distant mountain massifs.

Garden and land

You will reach your holiday home via a country lane. They are surrounded by vines and a beautiful flowery garden with seating and lounging areas. The fenced, large pool (10m x 5m, 0.7m to 1.7m depth) awaits you with a view of the vines. The highlight of the garden is certainly the Provençal summer kitchen and terrace overlooking the garden: this place is extremely pleasant and decorated with great taste. A large table and chairs invite you to spend sociable evenings. A barbecue is at your disposal, and you also have direct access to the kitchen from the terrace thanks to a French door.

The property

Ground floor
The house offers a closed garage on the ground floor, as well as a storage room with a washing machine.

First floor
You can reach the first floor either via a staircase inside the house or from outside via the summer kitchen. There you will find a large living room (fireplace, couch, round table with chairs) with an open and fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to the first room with sofa bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate WC.

Second floor
The second floor has three more rooms, two with double beds and one with a double bed and a loft bed. There is also a bathroom (bath) on the same floor.

Practical advice

Pets Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Good to know
The nearest shopping facilities are in Aups or Barjol, each about 15 minutes away by car. The hospitable owners who farm the land live about 30 metres away in a small cabanon. They will be happy to help you if necessary.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
