Surroundings
The house is located in a peaceful natural setting between the charming mountain villages of Roussillon and Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt delights visitors with its castle and typical Provençal flair, while Roussillon is known for its impressive ochre cliffs. Both places also have renowned restaurants and are well worth a visit. The region is ideal for excursions, hikes and culinary discoveries.
Garden and land
The approximately 3-hectare property is surrounded by nature and offers complete peace and privacy. There are several terraces, sun loungers and a barbecue for outdoor dining. A swimming pool (8 x 4 m) provides cooling on warm days and invites you to relax with a view of the countryside.
The property
Ground floor
Access to the house is via the terrace, from which you enter directly into the large, fully equipped kitchen. The alcoves lend the kitchen Provençal charm, while the furnishings are modern and high-quality.
A few steps lead you to the dining and living area. The lounge has beautiful French doors overlooking an olive tree and the pool. At the end of the living area, a small hallway leads to a first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
mezzanine floor
From the hallway, a few steps lead to a mezzanine floor, which forms the transition to the upper floor.
1st floor
On the first floor, there is a second, smaller living area with a sofa. To the left of the living room is another bedroom with a double bed and fireplace, which offers a particularly cosy atmosphere. On request, an additional mattress can be provided in this room – ideal for a child who likes to sleep in their parents’ room. At the end of the living room, a small hallway leads to three further bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also another bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
2nd floor
Further stairs lead to the Pigeonnier, a small, charming room with a single bed, which is particularly suitable for teenagers.

- 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
- 100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
