Ground floor
On the ground floor you will first find the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and central vacuum system) and the dining area with direct access to a shady, south-facing terrace. The dining room leads onto a veranda and into the spacious, bright living room (music system, piano, TV with satellite programmes, fireplace and numerous books). The living room has direct access to the terrace and garden. There is also a first bedroom (double bed) with adjoining bathroom and two separate WCs.

First floor
The upper floor of the house is divided into an air-conditioned east wing and a west wing. The east wing has a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a charming studio with a sofa bed, TV and a small, well-equipped kitchen. From the studio you have direct access to a private terrace – ideal for relaxing in the sun. A modern shower room with WC rounds off the comfort of this wing. The west wing offers two further bedrooms with comfortable double beds and another bathroom with shower
