Holiday homes with charm
This pretty little village, Villars, winds its way to the top of a small hill and offers you a marvellous view of the Luberon countryside with its ochre cliffs, cherry trees and vineyards. Away from the main roads, discover the wonderful surroundings of Villars and its hamlets.
The property offers a lovingly landscaped garden with trees. If you drive through the gate, you can park your car directly. Behind you is the pool and to your left a few steps lead you to the rest of the garden and the terrace. You have the option of eating at a round table in the garden itself, as well as another large table on the beautiful covered terrace with a view of the ochre cliffs. The private pool is secured by a fence (3.5m x 6.5m, depth 1.6m, opening hours from 8h to 22h) and there are sun loungers for relaxing.
Ground floor
You enter the house via the terrace and first come across the open, fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent you will find a bright living and dining room with sofa, TV and dining table. To the left of the kitchen, a few steps lead to a small hallway where the three bedrooms (all three with double beds) and a bathroom with shower and WC are located.
Basement
In the extension of the living room, a door leads to the basement, where there is a washing machine.
Pets
Pets are permitted upon request.
Good to know
There is a bakery and two restaurants in Villars itself, all three within walking distance. For smaller purchases, there is the neighbouring village of Saint Saturnin les Apt with a pharmacy and supermarkets. For larger purchases, the nearest town of Apt is 10 km away.
The owners (a couple) live in a separate part of the house downstairs with their own entrance and no neighbours opposite; they also have no view of the garden, which is available for your private use. Only the washing machine in the basement is shared (here too, the landlords have their own access and do not need to go through your house).
