Your holiday home is an old, completely renovated village house. The small terrace on the last floor without vis-à-vis with whirlpool invites you to a romantic holiday.

Surroundings

Saignon is located 63 kilometres north of Marseille and 3 kilometres south-east of Apt on the northern edge of the Luberon mountain range in the Luberon Regional Nature Park. It is a completely intact village with a lot of charm. Between village fountains, cliffs with panoramic views and traditional cafés, you can immerse yourself in the Provençal way of life.

Garden and land

The house is located in a small alley with few passers-by. You first enter the first terrace in front of the house with table, chairs and barbecue possibility.

The property

First Floor
The entrance leads via a staircase directly into the living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. A large, modern window in the old walls lets the sunlight in.
On the left is the first bedroom with a single bed (and a pull-out bed) and a separate WC.

Second floor
A staircase leads to a narrow hallway, which leads to the shower room with WC on one side and to the second room with two single beds (pull-out) on the other side. The windows in the room overlook the Luberon.

Third floor
The last floor has a room with a double bed and an en suite shower room. Large sliding windows open onto the terrace with a whirlpool and view of the Luberon. Thanks to the parasol, deckchairs and small chairs, you can benefit from this unique view all day long.

Pets are not allowed.

Good to know
You also have free access to the pool at the campsite at the entrance to the village, about 2.5km away and with car parking.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.

Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card.
